Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using AI RPG Games you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

AI RPG Games provides browser-based, AI-generated interactive fiction. Output is fictional and generated probabilistically; we do not guarantee any specific storyline, quality, or availability. The service may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Credits & subscriptions

One credit is consumed per generated scene; illustrations cost additional credits. Free guest scenes are limited. Credit packs are one-time purchases and remain available while the service operates; Pro is a recurring subscription billed by Creem until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate or distribute: illegal content; content that sexualizes or abuses minors; non-consensual sexual content; content that targets real people with threats, harassment, or impersonation; content that infringes third-party intellectual property; or spam. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI-generated content is fictional. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you create. We reserve the right to moderate and remove content that violates these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you enter. You grant us the limited license required to generate, store and display your stories to you. You are responsible for content you create.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
