General
Because credits grant immediate access to AI generation (a metered, consumed digital service), credits used to generate scenes or illustrations are generally non-refundable.
Unused credits
If a credit pack purchase is unverified, duplicated by a processing error, or no scenes were generated from it, contact support within 14 days and we will review a refund or restoration.
Pro subscription
Pro renews monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Requests for a full refund of the current period are reviewed case by case when the service was materially unavailable.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your account email, the Creem payment reference, and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
